Our Teachers

All Music Together^® teachers have successfully completed Music Together's teacher training. All have a distinct interest in a child's instinct and desire to express themselves through play and music. Classes are intended to create a fun, informal, accessible setting that encourages adult participation and modelling of the activities. Research has told us that children obtain information and skills from many sources, but they develope their essential disposition to learn only from the model of their primary caregivers.

Our desire is to enrich that bond and encourage you to be your child's primary music making partner and teacher.

Miranda Haydn Miranda Haydn taught Music Together in New York City before migrating to the Catskills in 2002. She formed Catskill Mountain Music Together in April of 2006. Miranda brings her background in music, theater and dance to her classes. She is passionate about the Music Together approach, providing an ongoing learning experience for all, through music, movement and fun!
